Hi friends,

I need help for Marantz M-CR611N
The unit was damaged by thunder, i changed a couple components, now power on, but network and usb functions not working

I checked CY920 module and the spi flash content damaged (M25L12835F)
I found only one similar dump for this module, but this dump is from Denon N9.
Now network module starting, but now CY920 Error on the screen and unit goes to firmware update. At the moment i can't connect to ethernet, because RJ45 plug damaged too

If someone have usb firmware, for example "USB_MCR611N_CY920_100200090200-0006.zip", please send me!

Hi Tom,

Apparently Marantz has recently removed the possibility of downloading firmware from their site for this model. Luckily, I kept two versions of the firmware. You can download them here. Please let me know if you have any problems downloading the files. I think the -0010 file has the latest version, but I'm using the -0006 version as it seems to work better with Spotify Connect.
