Hey y’all! First time poster here! I’m working on replacing the color wheel on my Optoma HD142X projector. I was able to install the new wheel. However, when trying to power it up (blue power light blinking), there’s a whine coming from the optic system area (possibly the color wheel?) and the lamp won’t start. After trying to power up for a minute, it shuts off (red power light blinking with a solid red lamp indicator light). Anyone have experience with this model? Also! One of the screws holding the plastic cover color for the color wheel is completely stuck and it was a PAIN to remove. Getting it back in was surprisingly easy, but I’m scared of damaging the wheel trying to wiggle it out. Any tips on removing a screw that’s totally stuck in plastic (possibly melted around the threads)?

Did you check if color wheel's flex cable is connected upside down on mainboard?
