Hi! This is my first post!
I have an old Onkyo TX-SR606 with DSP? ? ? ? ? ? ? firmware version. Main CPU and video firmware are ok.
I suspect, as has happened to so many others, corrupted firmware issues or bad NAND. The DSP is not BGA, so it is not affected by soldering problems. Anyway, to be sure, I already went through all the pins and resoldered. I also checked the voltages as per the service manual, and found no problems. Before buying the USB / UART adapter to see any boot messages, or looking for a NAND with no bad blocks to reprogram, I was wondering if the DSP firmware for this AVR is available. Until now i don't seem to have seen it anywhere! Do you have any suggestions to give?
