Hi, I am newbie in this forum. I am trying to fix my AVR Marantz SR4003 no sound, I found the front display shown “CHECK DSP ROM”, follow Service Manual directions may be soldering defect problem. After reflows the DSP chip with hot air gun I think I damaged the DSP chip with alcohol to cleaning the flux right after blow hot air.
so, I try to replace the DSP chip and external flash memory to new one. I may need to reload DSP firmware or I need to dump flash memory contents from another AVR set to build this firmware?
anyone who has experienced on that situation and can give me a direction? Please help, thanks!
