Projector turned on as it should, light did not even blink and it showed the lamp error.
Found with a Flir gun shorted SMD capacitor on the ballast controller board.
The capacitor is located under a 73832 IC closest to the board edge.
Since I couldn't find the right value, which I believe is 4.7uF, I have soldered a 10uF one, and removed the other capacitor that was soldered in parallel.
Projector is working great again, yeah. Great purchase for $60.
