Straight mate yeah, this is food safe Carlton United Brewry stuff, there is bare aluminum and copper inside those Lancer glycol chillers, never saw one corrode in about 17 years of working with them, so im going to assume its safe. So where would I get this from?

Ok after 31 hours with the propylene glycol in the green it seems to do the job perfectly well. Sharp focus corner to corner, and crystal clear bright image. So Casey did you use the propylene glycol straight or did you mix it with anything else? Would you know if its anymore corrosive than the standard stuff.

But those chips are as far as I know (except from barco) no where to be found. I have some boards for spare, some vertical but other series. I have a vertical bord from Cine 8 which looks similar. Those boards certainly look similar but I am almost positive you cannot change them. The 909 board has a different design. you should check before installing.

Are you certain that combination works? Its my understanding that the splitter will work but you need a new EHT with New Quad. Therefore OLD Quad and Old EHT. New EHT and OLD Quad does not work at least according to Barco technical reference.

Are all the correct boards with the right version numbers in that 909?

km987654 , that will normally give arcing somewhere on the tube not on the splitter . Yes I get that. You need to cover all the bases to eliminate a problem though. If you have been through a number of splitters it could be just bad luck or perhaps something else. Do you have a HT probe so you can measure HT or have you done that?

Are all the earth straps connected so that the tube bell is earthed?

And now my last working quad has failed... Casey have you checked to see what the output voltage is from your quad? I know they fail but you have gone through quite a few so I am wondering if they are being pushed too hard.

HD10E found on Sony1292-s are not even considered the same as the later HD10Es found on the G90... The 1292 and the G90 both had HD10F lenses. The G90 had a later version that is superior to the lenses from the 1292. I am not aware that the G90 ever had HD10E unless modified by the owner.
