Thank you for contacting Digi-Key technical support. We do not carry those exact transistors, but we do have some equivalent transistors. For A004B(TTA004B) use 2SA1507SOS-ND For INAA6006AP1 use FCX555CT-ND For INC6006AP1 use DXT5551DICT-ND

They would probably work but what concerns me is they are not a matched pair. If you compare the specs between the 2 you see many variations. And if these are working in a complimentary fashion in circuit they should be as close as possible to avoid anomalies. The numbers I gave are a matched pair. If you can find a matched pair for either of your numbers then it would be ok. But yours would still most likely work. But the possibility of something funny is also there.

I will try them(since I have placed the order already) and if I notice something weird, than I will order the ones, that you have mentioned. I don't know, why I have not ordered those too. I should have. If do you need the SM, I can Email it to you.

Ok, to get back to the 1122, on the same ic3004 test pins 81,82,83,17,18,19,20.

Pin #81= 5.00V, #82= 0.15V(varies a bit), #83= 4.787V, #17= 4.829, #18= 4.788V, #19= 4.29V, #20= 4.81V

17,18 and 19 should be equal. 19 is .5v lower. Can you recheck those 3 pins again?

I have noticed some differences myself, when I have re-checked again. There are some metal shields, mounted to the chassy and by removing the front, these are not grounded. I'm wondering if the issue is not there. I will check them later on again and this time, I will connect a wire between the front and the chassy.

OK, now I have measured at all three pins 4.823V. I have grounded that metal shield to the chassy.

The Onkyo, it's working! I have still found another bad transistor, at the final check(2SA1037). I have picked up a NTE2409, from Frys Electronics.

I'm seeing two Pioneer VSX-1122k on Ebay right now, and one of them at least, has the same exact issue as mine(shows Power ON). It seems, like this is a common issue with this model. In the past, I have seen another one on Ebay, with the same exact issue.

Well if we can figure out what is wrong with yours then you can buy them up to fix and sell real quick, lol.
So far the pin tests are coming up fine but there are many more pins that have not been checked. Plus some were tested without proper grounding so I want to do this again but a little differently.
Still on ic3004 since this is the main power up chip. But this time I will give you the pins that do not need to be tested. So rather then keep adding pins to test I want you to test them all except for the pins that i give you that do not need to be tested. Some you will be testing that you already did but test them again with the proper grounding. So give me the pin number and the voltage of each pin starting with pin 1.
Here is the list of the pins I do not need: 10,11,24,30,37,38,39,47,48,52,56,61,63,73,74,88,97,98,99,100 I also want you to do a continuity test between gnd and pins 11,39,56 and 88.

I was adjusting the idle current on the Onkyo and I had to replace my 616 with this 636, plus I had to set it up. Today, I have measured all the required pins. I will scan and attach it here, tomorrow from work. It would be a lot of typing, to write all that again. Grounded all the shields and wires to the chassy.

Well I see a couple things that look funny so lets check this first. On this same board the ic you are checking on, locate 4 transistors, Q3012,Q3013,Q3014 and Q3015. DMM on diode test, unit turned off and unplugged, test across the legs of each one and see if you have 1 or more that give different readings then the others. Let me know what you get.

Sorry about not giving the measurements, but I'm (bad)sick.
