Reassuming:
Now we have R64 and R455 removed Q400 removed D400 one pin lifted D401 one pin lifted
Correct?
The issue could be in one of these components?
p.s. fuse F450 not installed

Put fuse F450 back in and test projector. Without some parts of smps sub board? What could happen?

Reinsert all boards, controller tray? Yes, put it all back together. I suspect it will turn on and run.

Put fuse F450 back in and test projector. Without some parts of smps sub board? What could happen? I will explain what the parts you left out do later, after your test.

Now I'm home and I can not do the test. However during the last test the other led diode green left off.

I assume you mean you are not at home.
What other green light?

In the sub board there's two diode led. D451 and other that don't remember. I believe, but now I'm not sure, that also this other diode is a part of ++9 circuit. This diode light up in brilliant green when ++9v was dead. Now is turn off.

After that I am going to have you start installing the remaining removed parts and test as we go along. I know which part is bad but i want to verify as we go along. And also see if the projector runs now or has other problems.

Ok I will reinsert fuse and test projector when back in home. But before insert all boards I would to test ++9 as latest tests.

I only want you to test it once with the fuse installed and only run it long enough to see if it comes on normal. So install all boards to do test. If the projector does not come on all the way with a menu then test the 9v again before you shut it down.
I do not want it to run long or multiple times with these parts removed.

Interesting. Must be something on another page that this schematic didn't point to.
Ok, then install R64, R455 and Q400.
Leave D400 and D401 out.
See if projector starts up now.

I saw a spark. Something burned in PFC board. I think that I seek SMPS + PFC boards for replace.
