I see the 7 pin where I was before but I only see cx0234 as an empty 3 pin. I'm looking but it's hard now with all the cards in place

Cx705 is eluding me. I can't find it anywhere on the main board.

I don't think it exists. I've checked about everywhere. Cx034 seems to be the only empty 3 pin connector in the whole unit. It's really close to tgat 11 pin connector as well

It should be right here. Maybe they didn't mount the connector. Are you able to get your probes in there with it power on? If not then at least try to test that pin 7 line. Just use ground from somewhere else.

I'm back into it. I still can't find that connector so I'm going to disassemble it again so I can see better

I will be home in a few so I will look but I can see that area pretty good. If it's not there can I use chassis ground for pin 7

Although I'm not seeing this line tied to chassis gnd anywhere, the circuit does involve chassis gnd at 1 point, but not directly tied to it. Try both gnds, chassis and the leg on that regulator that you used for testing before.

Found that connector and it doesn't excise. No traces for me to probe there either. I can get a probe on pin 7 no problem but where can I get a ground with the all together. Anything on board 8u-110041-1 or in the power supply. I can take it apart if need be

Pin 3 on connector CX054 is the correct gnd on that same board.
