Make sure you didn't bend a pin sliding the tray back in. You think like Robin that the issue is in Vertical board?

I resume the post: We found the problem: the issue of top-bow regulations was caused of a issue of SMPS/G2 Diagnostic board. We found a blow fusible, swap the board and now the top/bow regulations works fine. We tried to replace the fusible of the defective board but it blown again. So with the SMPS/G2 spare board the projector is almost ready to work but remain a little issue: the pulsating light of the blue tube. We tried to replace tube but the issue not fix.

Hello,
Which fuse ? On SMPS/G2 itself ?
For pulsating blue tube, did you try to swap the video amps (neckboards) ?

Have you tried to : - Swap RGB input board ? - Swap RGB driver board ? - Switch BNC input cables ?
Was the issue present before you swap the SMPS/G2 board ? Is the issue present with the menus also ?

Also worth trying another convergence board. Some of them, with revision number lower than 3, had blue oscilation problems. There is a service bulletin here somewhere, it involves changing 8 resistors. Of course, the best way is to swap with another convergence board, to be sure it is the issue.
