Just fixed the problem of burn SR2 resistor. I redo the R410+C410 modify. Now we try to fix wavy lines. Any suggestions?

Where are the test points?

I tried to disconnect cable first from J572 (Horizontal convergence) and wavy lines remain (also video noise). Then I reconnected cable J572 and disconnect J571 (vertical convergence) and wavy lines and video noise completely disappered. So the issue is surely in vertical convergence circuit, in some element in common because the wavy lines appear for all three colors.

Where are the test points? You just pick spots based on the schematic.

Hello I am here after a message from Hulio, a number of problems have come my way, but I am ok now Decibel i did not receive any email but have just read your notification.
R50 mod is a very fragil when open it ads an dc shift between 2v and 3v (memory is rusty) , that will overload the convergence amplifiers.
I think the wavy lines is most probebly coming from a supply line on the controller board that is noisy as suggested by mastertech and others check the supply lines. (the caps used on the controller supply section are low quality.
Removing j571 will also cut off signals on j572 so j572 can still be contaminated to ,j571 containes the wok signal ( waves ok) without that signal al signals on convergence board are cut .
Also add 100uf on +v5p because there is no cap there on the early versions of controller boards and makes +5vp noisy and the 3.3v is made of this voltage.
Am confused about the -12v being -8v because there is no -12v fed to the diagnostic ad's on the smps2 ??

Hi Dummyload I'm very happy that you are well π I must to read with attention your reply and those of Mastertech. Tomorrow I will read the service about supply of controller.

... and I will check if diagnostic board show something. Now in my home there's only the tray (with all board and controller) of Stefano's projector. When this tray was in his home not show error in diagnostic board if I remember well.

The gang's all here i too have had a really rough past two years, but getting back on track now. Good to see you back again mate

as i did say earlier on i remember mine all being quite random, but not that random! I found the pic from when i first bought the set, the 17v was a fair way off so the rest will be a bit wonky too:

But as you see there, mine has the -12v at -13.1v so there must be an issue there for sure, im amazed its not shutting the set down.
