I will have to wait, to have more parts to order and than I will order these parts. If I remembered correctly, the 47 Ohm resistors, it was very close to the 47 value. What if we "bypass" the relay?

Interesting idea but dangerous. If that is the area that is damaged this would be one way of confirming it but if something else is triggering the fault you risk smoking something. If you try this keep one hand on the power cord (because the power button isn't going to work)

I haven't checked yet, but other Onkyos use the same relay, like the 609, 717? I have these receivers. I'm thinking about trying out one from those and see, if it makes a difference.

I'm thinking about trying out one from those and see, if it makes a difference. yes, in my experience, they are all the same. One of those receivers will also likely have the same transistor as well.

The transistor, in the 717 is a DTC123JKA.

It shows, that is equivalent with the RN1405, so I guess the answer is yes.

I ended up replacing the relay, Q181 and R921 and it is still clicks on and off constantly. I have even went over the HDMI IC pins again. No change.
