I disagree with the comment he should have more patience. The seller should of packaged the product better and should have insured it. That is common practice on Ebay. And there is no reason for the seller to have to contact Ebay to see what to do. What he should do is make it right.

That had to be the easiest process I have ever had. I think it only to 1 minute to install and it works just like it should. I can't believe it was that simple. And yet I could not find this on the internet already. Thanks a lot!!

I just subscribed to Netflix and can't get 1 of my pc's to install Silverlight which is needed to play Netflix video. It installed fine on my other pc but I keep getting this error on this one: " install.exe is not a valid win32 application". I tried some of the suggestions I found on the internet but no success so far. Anyone have any suggestions?
