Now I understand, what is going on. Masterpower, it would be the power on signal and this signal, doesn't reach the relay to turn it on, right? Partially right. It is reaching the power supply board but something there is shorting it to ground. So you are testing for a shorted part.

OK, the resistors and the transistor are good. The C124, C125 and C138 are not soldered on the board. The D112 shows shorted both ways, but that is because the relay's coil. The coil, shows 10ohm, which is most likely OK(did not look it up though).

You are jumping ahead. The relay and diode are not even in play.
If there is no C138 in place then I need you to test across the pads where is would be. DMM on diode test and give me the reading.

I have just tested the parts around the transistor. The power supply board, should be in the receiver with everything connected, or I can take the measurement, with the board outside?

The board can be out for testing if you want. It does not matter.

At C138 I'm measuring 48Kohm.

This does not make any sense. With that reading it should not be pulling that 4.2v down.
I need you to have all boards installed and all wires connected everywhere. Now I need you to diode test between the Mainpower pin and DGND pin on CX101 connector on the power supply board. Give me the reading.

I agree. Maybe, that 0V it was my mistake, I can't explain it. Now, every time I measure it, it shows 4.14V at the power supply connector and 4.3V at the front connector. Now I realize it, that I haven't posted the readings when on or off.

So lets assume that issue is fine now. So when you plug it in do you hear or feel the main relay click on?

No. Only if I reset it.

I guess it is time to get back to this, lol. I will look over the schematics in a little bit.

Did you have a chance to look at it?
