OK, measuring from cn29 clip I get the following.... Vfdp- ( -32.85 vdc) -5v - ( -4.75 vdc) +5v - ( +4.95 vdc)

Today I desoldered a leg of each output transistor to get a better measure with my dmm , and as I suspected they all measure good as per test method with diode setting.

If you look at the schematic of the power supply board, again, page 103 in my manual, you will see 2 attaching power supply boards, 1 and 2, at connectors CN14 and CN13. You need to test the outputs of the regulators of those 2 boards, pins 1 and 4 of supply 2 and pins 1 and 4 of supply 1.

The pins required for measurements are on power supply 1&2 ?? (AWZ3052 & AWZ2853) or can I take them at the other side ( cn13 & cn14 )....

OK, not totally sure if where I measured was what you wanted...( I measured at connection end of ribbon @ J14 & J13.) There were actually 5 pins .... Power Supply 2 Pin 1 - ( -15.33 ) Pin 4 - ( +14.95 )
Power Supply 1 Pin 1 - ( +11.9 ) Pin 4 - ( +11.95)

Those all look fine. You said the direct led is lit. Does the speaker A or B led light up when selected?

Ok, good. We need to find out what is going on with the display. If you look on the power supply schematic again, in the upper left corner you see the "Trans Terminal Ass'y" board (AWZ2893). On that board you see (2) resistors, R122 and R123, both being 1.0 ohm, I believe. Unplug receiver and test ohm reading of those 2 resistors. They power the display lighting.

Both resistors measure approx 3.5 ohm in circuit....

Can you measure on those resistors with the unit plugged in? 1 probe on 1/resistor and the other probe on the other resistor. Test both sides of both resistors. Should be AC voltage.

Well at least you have something there. I do not know what it should be but we will assume for now that is it. On the power supply board look for connector CN34 and test for DC voltage on all 4 lines. Let me know what you get.
