I would poke around those IPM's with your diode tester to see if there are a lot of pins shorted to gnd. Also check those FET's on the other heat sink. just probe for shorted legs.

At work tonight. I am watching an IPM removal repair on Youtube as I type. My pre heater is really going to help on this one!!! I do need to get one more tool. A good de solder iron with a triggered vacuum pump. Nashou

I would try to verify if it is one or both of those first. The older design, like in the video had high failure rates. If you can verify a problem with yours then you need to remove those heatsinks and get some number off of them since they may not be available.

Ok Mac I think the IPM's might be ok. But there are 4 FRED's That show short between all pins on all 4 . these are them FCU20A40 www.datasheetarchive.com/dl/Datasheet-024/DSA00414980.pdfI guess I'll have to remove and test out but it looks like there is nothing else in the circuit to show a false flag. Just tested the same type on the other SUStain board and those show no short like the Y sustain fred's do. so looks like those need to be changed out.
EDIT: Found another FEt this time a surface mount type bad as well right between two of the FRED's this is a 20LC30
