Welcome. Did you change out R493 to 33ohm and recheck Q417? Yes R493 is now a 33.3 ohm Carbon Comp I got from a Marquee Neck board. I will have to get a better metal film on a next order. The Transistor measures fine in. Two legs are tied together with the 100 ohm resistor 551 so I get a .002 reading there on the diode tester and 100 ohm using the ohm tester . Nashou

Something tells me you spent the whole day thinking about this, waiting to get home to install those outputs and see if it works..

Yep! i am eating a texas Hot Hot dog right now with a cup of Veggie meat ball soup sipping tea finishing the cash out for a busy day....FINALY!!!! If you ever come up this way while feeling adventurous and drift into NYS you have to have a Texas Hot. We make some great sauce. I'll be home soon and will pop those amps in and fire it up. Nashou

Would it be a bad connection from a component on that channel to AGND?

Check your idle current just to see if they are all balanced.

I read the procedure but it doesn't say DC or AC.
What other steps do I do for the test? Volume, speaker connected or not, input etc?

No input, volume zero, no speakers, DC.

In case you did not look up the spec it should be 2.0mv +/- 0.2mv

They should be 2 millivolts right? well FL and SL are 0 and FR is 5.3
let me try to adjust but with only two hand I'll have to adjust and test then do over .
