I tried to replace the four electrolitic caps. There's a diode (number 6005 in picture) result short in circuit. I tried to desolder this diode and it's good. Any suggests?

Nothing reported via "I2C diagnotic" in service menu ? We can't check ic2 diagnostic until I resend the board to Stefano.

I tried the vertical board in my house and it works perfectly. When the problem is elsewhere.

Make sure you didn't bend a pin sliding the tray back in. You think like Robin that the issue is in Vertical board?

Yes before send the tray I checked all geometry regulations and they worked.

The Game mode bypass the deinterlacing and enhancement features, i guess you did a factory reset a few times already. Yes I can try to repeat the factory reset.

The 3d functions are disabled for default because there isn't 3d interface. I tried to set factory default without fix the issue. I'm afraid that's bad contacts in some bga chips.

I have this videoprocessor that have the issue in pictures. The video noise disappear if I set on the "game mode". Any suggests?

Stop test! Fixed issue! I tried to change address. I set 0 instead 1 and now the remotes works perfectly.
Thanks for all

Yes that seems fine. Next I would test the value of resistors: R253,R254 and R372. If they check out ok then I would test dual diode D41. Make absolutely sure there is no reverse leakage. The resistors R253; R254 and R372 respond with values report on service manual, respectively 1k 100 and 1.5k. In the pictures below which legs I must use for measure D41?

Ok, test the voltages in the picture. Ok below the measurements R253 (+5VP) = +5V R372 (+3,3V) = +3,3V Seems all ok

It is not always good to use chassis for ground. Many circuits use an isolated ground which chassis would then cause incorrect readings. You should always try to use a ground point in the circuit you are testing. I would suggest one of the 2 points in the image below with the red arrow. Ok

Tomorrow I will see well the circuit. The ground probe is in a point of chassis. I use it in previous measurements.

Ok, test the voltages in the picture. Ok which are the points?
