Also, unplug that internal remote if its not lighting up, it could be faulty and shorting somewhere.

When i first turn on my set the red goes bright like that, it has 14,000 hours on it where the green and blue have 22,000 hours on them, so your blue may indeed have lots less hours, that could explain the brightness on start, the colour balance settings could possibly explain why the blue is brighter than the red and green, and the lack of signal sync is the only issue id be concerned with at this point.
If you pull out the vertical board, is there any bad solder joints on the back?

I watched the video, mine does that with no source, but unless the warmup is turned off it wont happen instantly, the reason the blue is brighter is probably the colour balance settings.

Swap the red and blue neck boards and see if that issue goes to red.
The G2 board i think youre refering to is called the SMPS 2.

I check the SMPS sub unit and I found that the two caps in my unit are different than bulletin. I think that is a previous release of PCB/partlist
In the SMPS sub unit of the my Cinemax there are four caps with the same value/voltage
C450 and C451 (caps of the service bulletin) have 470uF 25v instead 560uF 32v
Also C504 and C600 have 470 uF 25v
Diode D400 with multimeter show resistance.

I did a lot of tests. The COM port and notebook works perfectly because I tried to connect a BG808 with full success. I'm convinced that the problem is in the controller or the failure to supply the same. Perhaps the power supply (SMPS) does not provide power to the controller. This would also explain the failed of backlit of the built in remote. You need to pull that SMPS and look at C450 and C451, if theyre stuffed youll get exactly what you describe. There is a TSB somewhere here for that.

I used a desktop PC with Windows XP Pro SP2. I used 7 x64 and it worked for flashing, however i got exactly the errors Decibel is stating.

Thanks for writting that up, i simply have not had the time since ive been preparing for new job etc...
I found even with the working controller i could not connect without the jumper on W3. While i dont see it as an unsafe take, you and i have proven that, im still not suggesting others do it to controllers allready sporting Cine 9 software unless youve got a good reason.
There is however a decent advantage to putting the Cine 9 software on a controller currently having 909 or 919 software, as that will fix the fan speeds back to a much quieter setting, which for me still occured when using my 909 tray, no fan boards present.
Other than a temp readout in the menu, i cant really tell for sure exactly what else those boards do, and the CineMAX is only fitted with one in the front tray anyway, there isnt one in the rear of the set.

You could try swapping the controller board, but id be thinking its more like a power supply issue.
