Finally found them. There are 7 or so regulators under the coax connector on the bottom. I get 1 volt on all outer legs. All of them. So your finding something

Checked again. All legs are about 1 volt. In a few I will check the voltage at the two fuses. Do you have voltages I can check right out of the power supply. I see three regulators on tge back of it

I'm not at my PC with the schematic right now but if I remember correctly I think those fuses were on the AC side. So put your DMM on AC voltage and test with 1 probe on 1 fuse and the other probe on the other fuse. You should probably read at least 20 volts AC.
I will be at other PC in about an hour.

Just went up to recheck. My meters on dc and I get like .01 on all legs and the fuses show nothing. Do I need the cross board that goes from the riser out of the power board to the left up rite board with ribbons to front panel. I can here the large transformer humm when I plug it in. Seems like the only wire out it not hooked up is to that upper transistor board. I think I need to test the power supply. Seems like it is sending voltages but not everything

On ac I read nothing across the fuses

You do have to have the board 8U-110031-4 connected but I now see there is a relay on that connector board. So here is what I need you to do for testing.
On the connector board (8U-110031-4)locate connectors CX033 and CY054. You are going to have to solder 2 small wires across these connectors. 1 wire will go from CX033 pin 1 to CY054 pin 1 and the other wire will go from CX033 pin 3 to CY054 pin 5.
Triple check your work before installing and powering up. Let me know if you then have your correct voltages on those regulators.

Will do but I don't think cx033 has anything that plugs into it. Only wire tgat would fit it is from tge large transformer but that I believe goes to the cx031 on the 8u-110041-1 reg unit (tge top board)

No, CX033 should have a wire from the main power transformer. CX031 on 110041-1 should also have a wire from the main transformer.

Your right it does. I had a brain fart. Just got 1-1 and 3-5 jumped

Ok. So now I have voltages. Ic707 shows 13.7 and 9.6
