First thing I would do is buy a Moome hdmi card. You are going to need it anyway and there is a chance that the seller (that I know as a trustworthy man) tested it that way so perhaps it is bypassing the malfunctioning electronics. I dont believe there is any malfunctioning electronics in this set ( and this is why i was trying to avoid him "posting parts for testing", because that would be a total waste of money at this point ), i reckon its the missing link between J401 and J402, the MOOME doesnt require that link, it goes into port 3.

He you are right. I made a picture of the switcher in my 809 (cine 8) and that one has part number R7627195 too. It also has the jumper cable. Are you sure about the PFC? I once asked Curt and he said no. There is almost no question in my mind that connection is required if you want to use port 5

So as i asked in another place, ill ask here to keep it all together, how many groups of yellow wires go from your main board to your neck boards? Mine has two on the Cine, the 909 had 3 each. Although the OSD is injected at the switcher ( is it? ) i doubt that it would go through the complete video path, as in back through the LIMO-PRO or softedge modulator, etc etc... Case, I Have 3 groups of yellow wires going from the main board to the neck boards. You can see them in this pic:
Id think its unlikely youve got an issue between the mobo and neck boards, 1 maybe, but not 3I agree with You.

In case, I guess I should pull out the daughter board in the back and close j401-j402 with the jumper, right ?

No, leave the quad decoder on there for now and don't change anything. The 1208s board looks to be missing a harness so try the 1209s board, just like it is.

I was unsure to try the 1209s board too at first but checked all power lines untill I was certain I could not blow anything. After that I tried and it worked fine. I also tried the rgb driver of a 808s and that did not work but again I first made sure nothing would blow. The video just had horizontal stripes.

Just to be sure. Do you have this option set off? I do not know if it is possible to set it to on without a line doubler but anyway. Nope Case, I have no access to this submenu. I have "Color Adjust" and "Format Select" only. I guess I need the LIMO installed to get there. Maybe Barco has a "secret menu" too, like the Marquee... who knows...

I purposely disconnected it pulling out the board in order to avoid damage to the wires. Too many yellow cables in a small space.
