Good.
1)How about the tuner? 2)Also, do you have a way to test the optical and coaxial inputs? 3)I believe you said the analog monitor worked, correct?
I am trying to make sure that it is only the HDMI section where the problem lies.

While you are working on that this will be the next step.
1) Again disconnect everything but a speaker. 2) Go into the menu and turn off HDMI control. 3) Also in the menu make sure HDMI audio out is set to AVR. 4) Again, connect player to an HDMI input, select that input, set to multi out and see if you get sound on any channel. No HDMI out connected. 5) Again, check the other HDMI inputs since we changed some settings. Again, no HDMI out connected.

Analog monitor worked on the other board, haven't tested this one yet.

2. Optical input works 3. Analog monitor works
Tested both with Xbox 360.
HDMI sound works via Blu-Ray input. Checking the other three now.

HDMI audio works via DVD and Game, it does not work via CBL/SAT. The Dig. and PCM icons do not light up like with the other three HDMI inputs.
From what I can tell, all setting are correct.

Good, making progress. Lets try this. bluray plugged in a working HDMI and receiver is outputting sound. TV on with a HDMI wire connected to it and that input selected on tv. Then plug that HDMI wire into the receivers HDMI out while it is playing and give it about 5 to 10 seconds and see if you still have sound and if a picture comes up. I do not like hot plugging HDMI so insert it carefully keeping it straight.

Blu-Ray player plugged into Blu-ray input on Receiver. Receiver is outputting sound from the blu-ray.
TV is on, HDMI cable connected to it, but not to the receiver.
Plugged HDMI cable into HDMI Out of receiver, sound cut out for about half a second. No video, waited about 60 seconds. Pulled HDMI and reinserted, sound did not cut out this time, still no video.
The whole time the TV displays "No Signal"

Turn off and unplug. This is the HDMI out connector. Test all the circled components. The caps you can just test for short.

Well those readings are ok. That is a good sign. Let's go back to the input testing for a minute. You said the Cbl/sat HDMI in did not work. How about the front HDMI with no HDMI out connected.
