If you've tried 2 different televisions and 2 different HDMI cables and disconnected all sources, then it looks like the HDMI driver chip for output 1 has a problem.

For ARC to work, the tv HDMI port must support this function and the receiver must have control with HDMI enabled. If this worked before and nothing has changed with your hardware setup then the receiver most likely has a fault with the main digital board.
The HDMI output chips are still available to buy but you need good surface mount soldering skills to change it. Other than this, your only option is to feed digital audio to the receiver using the optical connection and set the input accordingly.

The HDMI chip for output 1 is IC1602.
Part number is Sil9136CTU.

I've not encountered this problem before and without studying the workshop manual and schematic it is hard to advise on how to proceed with this.
Do you have a copy of the manual, which is available free online if you search for VSX53. Are you able to read and understand the circuit diagrams as this will help with diagnosis?

The HDMI chips can be replaced without any need for changes in firmware or programming. I don't know if this will fix the ARC problem you have.

yes I understand, error he not only doesn't play through ARC, if I'm not mistaken I don't know for sure 100% but I think the problem started when it rained heavily on us

imageshack.com/i/pnBM1kVqjI found the scheme I checked on hdmi 1 pin 18 I don't have 5v, I checked the regulator inside it has 5v, 1.27v and 5v but at the output I hope hdmi doesn't have it at all
