at hdmi 2 the pin where the small capacitor is has 5v and pin 18, can you tell me exactly how to look for that regulator? I'm a car electrician I'm not very good at these parts so well, but thank you very much for your help

IC1605 and 1606 supply 5V to the HDMI pin 18 on both outputs.
If these measure OK on the circuit board but not at the connector, have you checked for damage or corrosion at the connector contacts?
You did mention the problem happened after some rain...

I put the picture, it measures 5v at the input of the circuit, but at the output to HDMI it is no longer 5v, I identified the part in the manual (AAT4614AIGU-2) but I can't find it to buy anywhere

That regulator has a turn on circuit at pin 4. If there is no turn on power at pin 4 then the regulator will not output any voltage.

The control pins for both regulators definitely need to be checked before condemning them as faulty. I found these receivers to be very fussy about HDMI cables and it wasn't until I bought a cable tester that I found not all cables are created equal. Some have the CEC control signal missing and a lot have many of the screens missing too. I threw out about a third of my cables after testing them.

Well, if I enter the service menu, the CE is off, how can I check that regulator or if it is supplied exactly?

I think the CEC setting in the service menu is a test mode. I've never used this option though.
You need to measure the voltage into the control pin of the HDMI regulator to see if it is being enabled when plugged into the tv.

I took ic1605 and changed it with ic 1606, it works perfectly now, but I want a part if you can help me with a series as I can't find it in the manual

If you use the link for the HDMI chip I sent and find the eBay seller e-best_trade. Send him a message with the part number you require for the regulator and he will send a quote.
I have used this supplier lots of times and he has been very good.

Mastertech is still around!!! Yes, I still pop in now and then to see what is new. Nice to see those helping others fix all these broken receivers that the factory is no help with.

It's a shame manufacturers are reluctant to assist with problems on older models like these. I know they're in business to sell new products but not everyone can afford to buy a brand new £2000 receiver. It's crazy they get scrapped just for a single £5 component or worse a bit of software that just needs to be reloaded.
I'm no environmental activist but it doesn't take a genius to work out that we need to stop throwing things like this away when they can be repaired and still have lots of life left in them.

I see that you were asking about the freezing problem on the 92/94 txh. What did you want to know.
